Chip Inductors

J.W. Miller announces a series of miniature chip inductors. The series PM0402T and PM0603T chip inductors are designed to provide tight inductance tolerance with stable performance for applications where allowable deviation is critical. Featuring a size of 1.0 × 0.5 × 0.35 mm (model PM0402T) and 1.6 × 0.8 × 0.45mm (model PM0603T), the components are suited for space-conscious applications requiring high-frequency, high-density circuitry. Photolithographic design enables tolerances of ± 2%, with inductance ranges from 1.0 to 68 nH at 100 MHz. The devices exhibit a high Q value of up to 17 at 300 MHz.
