Low Power Demultiplexer

Atmel® Corporation announces a 10-bit demultiplexer (DMUX) with a maximum clock frequency of 2.2 GHz directly interfacing to LVDS (Low Voltage Differential Signaling) compatible FPGAs, DSPs and ASICs. The AT84CS001VTP is a low power DMUX with selectable 1:2 or 1:4 ratios, allows interfacing between existing Atmel ADCs and FPGAs operating at data rates up to 550 Ms/s. Fully differential I/Os and a DDR (Double Data Rate) clock output provide a further reduction in data rate speeds by 2. The AT84CS001TP is delivered in an EBGA240 package and operates over industrial temperature ranges.
