Series of Relays

Omron Electronic Components LLC announces the availability of the G3VM-21LR and 41LR series SSOP MOS FET relays. These relays measure 1.8H 3 2W 3 3.8L mm and will deliver designers a board space savings of 67% when compared to a standard SOP package. Their solid-state and reliability construction delivers millions of operations with low power consumption. The MOS FET chip is available in a 1-Form-A contact configuration, provides fast turn-ON and turn-OFF times in the microsecond range, and is capable of handling both AC and DC loads. ON-resistance as low as 1 W and off-state capacitance beginning as low as 1pF ensures accuracy and precision. This series also offers a low range of C 3 R values starting at 2.5 pFW. All of these features combined make the G3VM-21LR and 41LR series an appropriate choice for medical imaging applications such as CT, MRI and ultrasound equipment.
