A 2001 Technology Award was presented to UltraRF at The Wireless Systems Design Conference & Expo for the UPF18060 LDMOS RF Power Transistors. The UPF18060 transistors achieve high performance at a low cost, and are ideally suited for CDMA, TDMA, GSM and multi-carrier power amplifiers in Class A or Class AB operation. The device is an all-gold metal system.
