MLCC Capacitors
Cal-Chip announced that their GMC Series of MLCC (Multi-layer Ceramic Chip Capacitors) now includes components in 10 EIA sizes ranging from 0201 to 2225. Engineered specifically for applications where high-density mounting is required, the capacitors provide high reliability and a long life. Moreover, they have an ultra-stable COG temperature dielectric, low dissipation factor, and low ESR. The Series is offered in seven rated voltages (DC) ranging from 6.3 to 200, and in nine capacitances ranging from 0.5 pF to 100 uF. The MLCCs may be ordered with CG (COG) (NPO), X7R, Z5U and Y5V dielectrics, and are supplied in tape-and-reel, or bulk packaging.
