White Electronic Designs Corporation has introduced its 128 MB DDR2 SDRAM unbuffered, ECC, w/PLL. The device is a 32 M吤 Double Data Rate II (DDR2) SDRAM module that consists of three 32M同-bit DDR2 synchronous DRAMs in fine ball grid array (FBGA) packages, mounted on a 200-pin DIMM FR4 substrate (JEDEC Standard). This 40-bit wide DDR2 SDRAM is suitable for high performance and low power graphics applications in notebook and desktop PCs. It offers high speed, low power ECC and enhanced thermal characteristics, enabling it to perform in mobile applications. The WV3HG32M40SEU-PD4 features fast data transfer rates: PC2-5300, PC2-4200 and PC2-3200, on-die termination (ODT) and phase-lock loop (PLL).
