The RoHS-compliant Pb-free devices operate over a voltage range from 6.3 to 63 V in a temperature range from -55°C to 125°C for up to 3,000 hours. The 4-pin 8 × 8 × 10 mm to 10 × 10 × 14 mm capacitors have availability in diameters of 10 or 12.5 mm.
