Chip Resistors

Vishay extends its family of Vishay Beyschlag thin film flat chip resistors with high-stability devices in miniature 0402 packages. Available with values from 100Ω to 221 kΩ, the devices offer a wide resistance range. All of the devices in the MCS0402 range are qualified according to EN 140401-801. Precision characteristics include close tolerances of ± 0.1 % or ± 0.25 %, overall stability (class 0.1 and 0.25), and TCR ratings from ± 25 ppm/K down to ± 10 ppm/K. The resistors have a maximum voltage rating of 50 V and are designed to operate with film temperatures up to 125° C. Rated power dissipation is specified at 0.063 W, while insulation voltage is rated at 75 V (for one minute continuous).
