Receive Module

Aethercomm model number Rx 9.0-9.2-5.0 is an X band receive module that includes a high power limiter in the front end to protect the low noise amplifier in the module. There is also a high speed, high power RF switch employed to gate the RF on and off when commanded. This RF switch has a typical switching time of 100 nS. The maximum noise figure is 5.0 dB through all the loss placed at the front end of the module. Minimum gain across the band is 14.4 dB and the maximum gain is 15.4 dB. The OIP3 is 32 dBm typically. Port return losses are – 12 dB maximum. The unit is equipped with high speed DC switching that enables and disables the DC applied voltage in 500 nS typical.
