Aethercomm P/N SSPA 1.35-1.85-30 is high power, broadband, L Band, solid-state power amplifier. This PA operates over 500 MHz of bandwidth from 1350 to 1850 MHz. With its built-in pre-distortion linearizer, a typical OIP3 at 1600 MHz is 58 dBm with two tones spaced at 1 MHz with a single carrier level (SCL) of 39 dBm. Minimum small signal gain across the band is 35 dB with typical gain flatness of ± 1.0 dB. Input and output VSWR is typically 1.5 : 1. Minimum output power is 25 watts across the band. Output Harmonics are a minimum of 60 dBc. This unit operates from a typical voltage of 28 Vdc with a quiescent current of typically 6 amps. Standard features include forward and reflected power telemetry, PA temperature Telemetry, Input/Output short and open circuit protection and a pre-distortion linearizer.

This SSPA can be used in any system that requires outstanding linearity, high output power and high gain in a rugged and compact module. Standard housing size is 6 inches× 6 inches× 1 inches. SMA female connectors are standard on the RF input and output ports. DC and telemetry signals are routed via a 9 pin D subminiature connector.
