Frequency Doubler

Aethercomm P/N 10020-001 is an X to K Band Frequency Doubler. This frequency multiplier has an input frequency range of 8.8 to 9.6 GHz and an output frequency range of 17.6 to 19.2 GHz. The input power level is variable from 5 dBm to 14 dBm. Output power level is 12 dBm typical at each of the output ports.

This doubler operates from ± 5 VDC to ± 12 VDC at 150 mA max. Input/output VSWR is better than 2.0:1. The input frequency is degraded by greater than 45 dBc at the output. Output harmonics are minimum of 20 dBc. Output spurs are 60 dBc max. Phase noise degradation is 7 dB max.

The standard package size is 1.75× 3.25× 0.75. Input/output connectors are SMA female standard. This unit operates from – 40 ° to 85 ° C.
