The typical total efficiency is greater than 50%. The unit operates from input pulses of 7 to 40 uSec at a 10% duty cycle. The pulse droop for the 7 uSec pulse is <0.1 dB and for the 40 uSec pulse is <0.5 dB with no external capacitance required. Input VSWR is typically 1.25:1.

Standard package size has been optimized for the lowest weight possible. The unit weighs approximately 1.25 lbs. Input and output connectors are SMA female.
