Display power supply specialist Endicott Research Group (ERG) Inc. has announced new package configurations that offer footprint-compatibility with their existing CCFL inverter designs.

ERG has used its 30+ years of experience in LCD backlight power supplies to create a series of LED driver boards that are designed in the same form factor as DC-AC inverters already in the field. These drop-in replacements allow for a fast, easy upgrade to LED lighting without re-designing or re-tooling the mounting hardware. The LED drivers are pin-for-pin compatible with the inverters and have the same length and width dimensions as their counterparts as well as matching mounting holes. And, like the inverters they have been designed to replace, all ERG LED drivers are designed, manufactured and supported in the USA.

Available now are the first three LED driver boards of what will ultimately be a 10-part series. Pricing ranges from $10.00 to $25.00 depending on model number, quantity and application. For more information, visit www.ergpower.com
