Surface-Mount Power Inductors

C & D Technologies introduces five series of bobbin format inductors, the 4500, 4600, 4700S, 4800S and 4900S that offer a range of inductance values and current ratings to provide choices for different applications. Their compact design aids their inclusion in applications where PCB real-estate is limited and component height is restricted. All parts feature an integral ferrite shield to reduce electromagnetic interference (EMI), and they are U.S. and China RoHS compliant. The 4500 and 4600 series are suitable for power-line filtering applications found in consumer electronics equipment such as desktop computers, LED applications and GPS systems. They are also suitable for use in a range of industrial and telecom applications including network hubs, bridges and routers, and high frequency wireless communication devices.
