SP3T Switch Helps Miniaturize Designs

Engineers looking for ways to miniaturize their designs will be interested in NEC’s low-cost UPG2404T6Q SP3T (Single Pole Triple Throw) GaAs MMIC Switch. Available now in an ultra-miniature, RoHS-compliant, 1.35 x 2.0 x 0.37 mm 10-pin TSSON package, the UPG2404T6Q makes a good high power, band-selection device for triple mode CDMA/PCS/GPS cellular phones. Since it operates from 2.5 GHz down to 10 MHz, it is also a great candidate for NFC (Near Field Communications) applications. The UPG2404T6Q features low insertion loss, high isolation and can handle up to +33.0 dBm PIN(0.1 dB) at 1 GHz, 2.8 V.
