LNA IC

NEC’s UPG2311T5F LNA IC combines two stages of very high gain with a low noise figure and provisions for a band pass filter between stages. Housed in a 3 × 3 × 0.75 mm QFN 12 package, the UPG2311T5F replaces two stages of discrete devices, which helps to simplify the design, reduce the parts count and lower the cost of assembly. Key specifications (typical) include operating frequency of 1.575 GHz, gain 37 dB, noise figure 1.2 dB and P1dB +5 dBm.
