NEC’s UPG2311T5F LNA IC combines two stages of very high gain with a low noise figure and provisions for a band pass filter between stages. Housed in a 3 × 3 × 0.75 mm QFN 12 package, the UPG2311T5F replaces two stages of discrete devices, which helps to simplify the design, reduce the parts count and lower the cost of assembly.
