WLAN/WiMAX SPDT Switch

NEC introduces the UPG2163T5N GaAs MMIC SPDT (Single Pole Double Throw) switch, delivering good insertion loss performance in a low profile 6-pin package. This TQFN package measures 1.5 mm2× 0.37 mm high. With operation from 2.3 to 6 GHz, the UPG2163T5N is suitable for dual band 802.11a,b,g as well as 3.5 GHz WiMAX applications. Specifications include: insertion loss of 0.4 dB typical at 2.5 GHz and 0.5 dB typical 6 GHz; input to output isolation of 35 dB typical at 2.5 GHz and 30 dB typical at 6 GHz.
