MMIC DPDT Switch

NEC's latest GaAs MMIC DPDT switch operates at 4.8 to 5.85 GHz and is designed specifically for antenna diversity switching. Available from CEL, the UPG2024TQ features low insertion loss, great power handing, and high isolation. Typical specs include: operating frequency 4.8 to 5.85 GHz; insertion loss 1.2 dB; isolation 25 dB; PIN 0.1dB +32 dBm; and control voltage 2.8/0V. The UPG2024TQ is housed in NEC's low profile 10-pin TSON style "TQ" package. Measuring 2.4 × 2.55 × 0.6 mm, the TQ allows engineers to increase placement densities and reduce the size of their designs.
