The SUF-6000 uses self-biasing network and broadband 50 ohm matching for ease of use and operates directly off of a single +5.0 V supply. The SUF-6000 microwave MMIC amplifier provides a good alternative to distributed amplifiers for applications requiring frequencies extending through X and Ku bands.
