Power Amplifiers for WiMAX and WiFi Applications

Sirenza Microdevices has announced its family of high performance linear power amplifiers for WiMAX (802.16 d/e) and WiFi (802.11 a/b/g) applications. The SZP series are single stage high linearity power amplifier ICs aimed at the WiMAX and the WiFi markets. Produced in InGaP HBT technology, the SZP-3026Z operates over the full 3.0 GHz to 3.8 GHz frequency range with 12 dB of gain, and it provides over +26 dBm of linear power at 2.5 percent EVM. The SZP-2026Z covers the 2.1 GHz to 2.7 GHz frequency range with over 12.5 dB gain, and it also provides over +26 dBm of linear power at 2.5 percent EVM. They are available in an RoHS compliant, lead-free package.
