Agilent Technologies’ N9080A LTE measurement application executes FDD modulation analysis, per 3GPP TS 36.211, while offering X-Series front-panel operation with SCPI programmability. The product tests all LTE bandwidths and modulation formats and sequences, as well as normal and extended cyclic prefix modes. The application allows the user to get composite EVM, individual channel, and signal EVM measurement traces for downlink and uplink analysis, and single channel analysis of transmit diversity encoded MIMO signals. The program shows key measurement parameters with error and frame summary tables, enables the user to selectively include control channels, exhibits automatic resource block detection, contains a graphical tool, and presents channel-type color coding.
