Memory Options
Agilent introduces memory options for its Infiniium 54830 Series of digital storage and mixed-signal oscilloscopes. These options incorporate Agilent's patented MegaZoom deep-memory technology with depths up to 128 Mpts to enable fast waveform capture of complex signals, instant response, and ease of use. The oscilloscopes with bandwidths of 600 MHz and 1 GHz enable R&D engineers to time spans in the tens of milliseconds. The oscilloscope's segmented memory acquisition mode allows engineers analyzing communications or radar signals bursting in nature to capture and store only the periods of activity. This means that acquisition memory is no longer consumed by periods of inactivity between bursts.
