Resistor with Low Thermal Resistance

TT electronics IRC Advanced Film Division introduces its MHP20S Series TO-126 resistor that features a non-inductive thermal resistant design, and it is rated up to 20 W. Within automatic test equipment applications, the resistor is specified for pin driver use in IC and board testers. Additional applications include pulse handling circuits, motor control and drive circuits, and switch-mode power supplies. These resistors have a dielectric withstanding voltage of 2,000 VDC. Absolute tolerances are to ± 1 percent and ± 5 percent, with absolute TCR to ± 50 ppm/° C. Operating temperature range is -55° C to +155° C. Devices outside these specifications are available to meet customer needs.
