Thin Film Resistors
TT Electronics IRC introduces the COTS (commercial off-the-shelf) family of its TaNFilm® and TaNSil® thin film resistors. The Precision Thin Film Chip resistors (PFC), available in 0603, 0805, 1206, and 1505 chip sizes, this series provides the stable performance of the tantalum nitride film system to ensure precision in harsh environments. Featuring leach-resistant nickel barrier terminations, absolute TCRs to 䔮ppm/° C, and tolerances to ۪.02% the PFC series is suitable for replacement of MIL-Spec components. The SIP networks are available with absolute TCRs to 10ppm/° C and tolerances to 0.01%. The DIP networks offer TCR tracking to ۬ ppm/° C and ratios available to ۪.01%. The LR Series is suitable for high current sensing applications. These surface mount current sense resistors feature a resistance range from 0.002Ω to 1.0 KΩ, with high power dissipation at 70° C and tolerances to ۫%. The Flat Pack series resistor network offers absolute tolerance to ۪.02% and rations to ۪.01%. ۫ ppm/° C. Small Outline Network (SON) is suitable for reflow soldering techniques with absolute TCR to 䔮 ppm/° C and tracking ۯ ppm/° C standard with ratios available to ۪.01%. The TaNSil SOIC series satisfy high volume applications that demand a small printed wiring board footprint (0.05 inch lead spacing). TCRs are available to 䔽 ppm/ºC and TCR tracking to ۯ ppm/° C in 8, 14, and 16 pin sizes. The TaNSil QSOP series - offering high resistor density (0.025 inch lead spacing) IRC's QSOP series is available in 16, 20, and 24 pin sizes with absolute TCR available to ±25 ppm/ºC and ratio tolerance to 0.05%.
