TT electronics IRC introduces its Chromaxx Series, chromium silicon oxide resistors with resistance values up to 15MΩ for medical and instrumentation applications.
Chromaxx thin film resistors were developed to offer enhanced performance with sheet resistivity of 1,000Ω/square in a wide range of small packages. Absolute TCRs (temperature coefficient of resistance) are available to ± 50 ppm/°C with resistance values up to 15MΩ in the 2512 package. Operating temperature range is 㫙°C to 150°C. Chromaxx Series resistors are available in wire bondable chips, SOT, SIPS and SON packages, plus 2-resistor divider chips and EIA chip sizes including 0603, 0805, 1206, 1505, 2010 and 2510.
