Linear 2.5 Watt Amplifier

Stealth Microwave introduces the SM3436-34HS, a 3.4 to 3.6 GHz amplifier designed to meet the needs of low cost service providers working in the fixed wireless access market. The module provides a minimum P1dB of +34 dBm, a typical OIP3 of +48 dBm, linear gain of 34 dB with a ± 0.5 dB flatness across the band, and VSWR In/Out of 1.5:1. The unit operates at either +10 V or +12 V, with 1.2 Amps of operating current. Standard features include logic on/off control, thermal protection with an automatic reset, and over voltage protection. The overall module measures 4.7 × 2.0 × 0.54 inches.
