Planar Monolithics has developed the PMI Model No: TA-SDLVA-0120-70 option 105F adjustable threshold detector log amplifier that operates from 1.3 to 1.7 GHz (other frequencies are available), and are designed using cutting edge GaAs technology which provides performance and reliability in a compact package. TSS is – 60 dBm minimum and a logging range of – 60 dBm to +5 dBm. Input VSWR @ – 23 dBm is 1.8:1 maximum and adjustable threshold. The size is 3.75 inches× 1.50 inches× 0.50 inches.
