Planar Monolithics' Model No: SLVAC-0102-70M-LA3 is a successive log video amplifier with wideband hybrid MIC/MMIC technology which operates over the 120 MHz to 200 MHz frequency range (frequency ranges from 50 MHz to 400 MHz also available). The SLVAC has a 70 dB dynamic eange (other dynamic ranges up to 90 dB are also available), a maximum input VSWR of 1.8:1 and has low AM/PM conversion. The package is a 10 lead "Flat-Pack" which is 0.805 inches(W) × 0.805 inches(L) × 0.125 inches(H) in size.
