Epoxy Adhesive

Master Bond has developed a two-component, room-temperature-curing, nickel-filled, electrically conductive epoxy adhesive called EP76M. EP76M has a convenient 1:1 mix ratio by weight or volume. It has a volume resistivity of five to ten ohms-cm and good low-outgassing properties. It has a thermal conductivity of 8 to 9 BTU/in/ft²/hr/° F. EP76M develops a tensile shear strength of 2000 psi when measured and cured at room temperature.
