Thick Film Chip Resistors

ROHM’s KTR series (KTR10 and KTR18) chip resistors use a proprietary structure and trimming process in order to deliver high voltage resistance, so that one resistor can be used in high voltage circuits that normally require multiple resistors, resulting in increased space savings. KTR10 (0805 size) and KTR18 (1206 size) feature a rated power of 1/8 W and 1/4 W, and a limiting element voltage of 300 V and 400 V, respectively. Resistance tolerances of ± 1% and ± 5% are available for both products. Applications include camera flash circuits and display backlight inverters. They are both lead-free and RoHS-compliant.
