Linear Technology introduces a family of low power, high speed dual ADCs that provide – 110 dB crosstalk for channel-to-channel isolation, while achieving low power consumption at 445 mW, about 222 mW per channel. The 14-bit, 80 Ms/s LTC2299 is suitable for basestation applications, achieving 73 dB Signal-to-Noise Ratio (SNR) and 85 dB Spurious Free Dynamic Range (SFDR) at 70 MHz. For higher intermediate frequencies (IFs), it has 72.6 dB SNR and 80 dB SFDR up to 140 MHz. The LTC2299 is one of 14 dual ADCs which range from 10 Ms/s to 80 Ms/s at 10-bit, 12-bit and 14-bit resolution.
