Schaffner EMC introduces its EMC filters with modern plastic housings. Because of their design, these low-leakage, three-phase EMC filters are compact, lightweight and they offer a high level of functionality. Feature electrical connections based on motor drive technology, hinged transparent safety covers and filter circuitry with low Y-capacitor values to minimize the filter’s leakage current. They are available with two mounting options to provide flexibility for application-specific installation. FN 3025 filters are suitable for traditional screw mounting, while the FN 3026 models are optimized for mounting on TS 35 DIN-rails. Typical applications for these filters include variable frequency drives, automation and controls, food processing equipment, semiconductor manufacturing equipment and safety applications.
