KOA Speer Electronics, Inc. introduces a miniature 0402 size thin film fuse that has fast-acting fusing characteristics for very fast response to unwanted circuit inputs. The space-saving TF10A offers low internal resistance and is suitable for overcurrent protection of circuit blocks in electronic devices. The TF10A features a low internal resistance range of 320 ~ 35mΩ, low power consumption, and low voltage drop due to the low internal resistance. Other features of this fuse include a rated voltage of 24 V and a rated current of 0.50 ~ 2.50 A. The company also offers a 0603 size, anti-pulse fuse. RoHS-compliant, the TF10A is suitable for use in products such as cell phones, PDAs, digital cameras, and camcorders, as well as other applications in the telecommunications, audio/video, and medical industries.
