Thick Film Resistors
KOA Speer introduces a small size to its RK73 family of thick film resistors. The ultra small 0201 (0.6 × 0.3 mm) size resistor is designed to fulfill applications such as high frequency devices and medical equipment. The 0201 resistor features tolerances of +0.5%, +1%, +2% and +5%, a resistance range of 1Ω to 10 MΩ, T.C.R. values of +100, +200, +400 and a power rating of 1/20 W at 70° C. The RK73 family of resistors utilizes a RuO2 thick film resistor element with anti-leaching nickel barrier terminations. These thick film resistors are available with lead-free terminations and they meet or exceed the requirements of EIA 575, EIAJ RC 2690A, EIA PDP-100 and MIL-R-55342F. A 0Ω resistor model and sizes from 0402 to 2512 are also available.
