Crystal Oscillator
Vectron International announces the addition of a low-noise, high frequency (VHF) oven controlled crystal oscillator (OCXO) to its C4550 OCXO family. Vectron’s C4550 OCXO provides customers in the military, test and measurement and telemetry industries with good phase noise performance over a wide range of frequencies in a 1” × 1” package, enabling them to reduce the overall size of their products and simplify power management without sacrificing the performance levels typical of larger, 2” × 2” packages. The C4550 now has an available frequency range of 50 to 125 MHz and temperature stabilities down to +/-30 pbb from 㫀° C to +85° C. At 100 MHz, the C4550 is capable of meeting phase noise measurements 130 dBc/Hz @ 100 Hz offset and 165 dBc/Hz floor with a 5 V supply.
