GPS Antennas

MAXRAD introduces a new GPS antenna series specially designed to provide higher gain and versatility to their users. The new and improved active GPS (AGPS) will supersede other GPS antenna lines previously supplied by the company.

Featuring a low profile microstrip patch design, the new series provides cutting-edge receive and transmit technology. Two basic models are available according to the user's mounting requirements and can be ordered in 26 dB or 31 dB versions. Models AGPS26 and AGPS31 are available with magnetic, screw or adhesive tape mount options. Model AGPS26M and Model AGPS31M feature a built-in ground plane and are M mount compatible. These antennas provide 360° azimuth and 0 ° to 90 ° elevation coverage, with right hand circular polarization.

The AGPS antennas feature an attractive, low profile housing and electrically shielded LNA PCB with burnout protection. The AGPS26 and AGPS31 models include 15 feet of RG174/U cable and various connector choices. For the M mount compatible versions, MAXRAD manufactures its M mount in various configurations that include a wide variety of cable and connector options.
