Power Splitter
IMS announces its IMX 2228 power splitter. Compact and surface mountable, the two way splitter offers the same 3 dB split at any of the three ports. Mounted on an alumina substrate, the splitter offers attenuation range 6 dB ± 0.5 dB, and frequency range 0 to 7 GHz. Its input power rating is 1 W (input), and load power rating 0.5 W, (with base plate temperature 100°C or less). The splitter offers an input VSWR of 1.3:1 or better. The new splitter is compact, with space-saving mechanical dimensions of only 0.100 inches× 0.100 inches× 0.015 inches, offering flexibility for high-density circuit designs.
