Four Low Noise Amplifiers

Hittite Microwave Corporation introduces four low noise amplifiers (LNAs) which are suitabe for applications in industrial sensors, test & measurement equipment, military radar and electronic warfare (EW) applications from 2 to 4 GHz. The HMC594LC3B is a GaAs pHEMT MMIC LNA, which is rated from 2 to 4 GHz, and delivers 10 dB gain, 3 dB noise figure and +36 dBm output IP3. The HMC594LC3B is housed in a 3 × 3 mm leadless ceramic SMT package and the RF I/Os are matched to 50 Ohms with no external components. The HMC609LC4 is a GaAs pHEMT MMIC LNA which is also rated from 2 to 4 GHz, and delivers 20 dB Gain, 3.5 dB noise figure, and +36.5 dBm output IP3. The HMC609LC4 is housed in a 4x4mm leadless ceramic SMT package and the RF I/Os are matched to 50 Ohms with no external components.
