Anritsu Company’s software bundle for its MS269xA signal analyzers offer new functions to provide critical information during the development process in mobile phones, cellular base stations and R&D applications. The spectrogram function shows 3-D displays of changes in frequency and power in time for burst signals, transient interference signals and RF signals up to 125 MHz. The spurious emissions measurement functionality supports Go/No Go evaluation of spurious-versus-standard values, and enables a Display Average Noise Level (DANL) of -155 dBm/Hz and a Third-Order Intercept (TOI) of ≥ 22 dBm. Phase noise measurement values are reported for offset values of 100 Hz, 1 kHz, 100 kHz and 1 MHz, and on-board AM and FM measurements are performed using 1-button tests.
