TriQuint Semiconductor, Inc. announces its TRITIUM II PA-Duplexer Module family, a system of RF modules for mobile handset manufacturers. This family supports the CDMA 2000 (EV-DO) protocol with the PCS, cellular and AWS bands. Included in the product family are the TQM663029A, (PCS band), the TQM613029 (cellular band) and the TQM653029 (AWS band). Together with the proprietary SP3T antenna switch, GPS LNA/filter module and RF filters, the PA-duplexers provide a complete front-end system for multi-band CDMA handsets. Each 7 × 4 mm PA-duplexer in the CDMA family contains a transmit SAW filter, coupler, duplexer, biasing/regulator circuitry, internal matching and a high efficiency amplifier.
