Handset Antenna Switch

TriQuint Semiconductor introduces a high-power antenna switch for CDMA applications. The TQP4M3019 is sold in a 2 × 2 mm, 12-lead STSLP package. The switch, in SP3T (single-pole, triple-throw) configuration, provides desirable cross-modulation and isolation performance while exhibiting low insertion loss in all frequency bands (PCS, cellular and GPS). The switch is engineered to provide a low current replacement for classic PIN diode-based switches. This device employs second generation pHEMT GaAs MMIC process technology.
