SAW Filter Family

TriQuint introduces a family of GSM/GPRS/EDGE SAW filters in a 1.5 × 1.5 × 0.76 mm package. These filters (p/n 856441 [GSM850], 856387 [GSM900], 856409 [DCS], and 856417 [PCS]) enable designers to achieve a good noise figure. Reliability is assured by full hermeticity within the SAW packages.
