GSM Switch
TriQuint's TQP4M4010 GSM switch integrates a logic decoder using an E/D pHEMT process optimized for excellent harmonic performance. The logic decoder function eliminates an external CMOS driver chip. Despite increased functionality, this SP4T still resides in a 2.5 x 2.5 x 0.6 mm (SLIM-17) package. The switch replaces four separate control lines with a simple 2-bit logic word. Decoder DC current consumption is typically 150 uA at 2.7 V Vdd. The TQP4M4010 is an asymmetric SP4T design with two transmit (Tx) ports and two receive (Rx) ports providing quad-band performance. Second and third harmonics are typically -72 dBc in both low and high bands.
