PLL Frequency Synthesizers

FMA introduces three single-serial-input phase locked loop (PLL) frequency synthesizers. The MB15E05SR operates at up to 2.0 GHz using a supply voltage of 2.7 V to 5 V, and an power supply current of 7.0 mA at Vcc=Vp=3.75 V. The MB15E07SR has a 2.5 GHz (maximum) prescaler, with a supply voltage range of 2.7 V to 5 V, and a power-supply current of 7.2 mA at Vcc=Vp=3.75 V. Designed for GSM base stations and other wireless and PCS applications, the two PLLs also incorporate a selectable charge pump that delivers a well-balanced output current of between (1.0 mA and (4.0 mA. FMA also introduced the MB15E06SR, another single-serial-input PLL synthesizer with a 3.0 GHz prescaler designed for high-frequency wireless systems, such as electronic toll-collection systems. The product's supply voltage ranges from 2.7 V to 4.0 V, and its typical power supply.
