AML specializes in ultra low phase noise amplifiers covering the frequency range of 0.5 GHz and up to 40 GHz. This low phase noise Ka band amplifier, Model AML404PNB1511, operates at 40 GHz and provides Psat of +27dBm typical. This amplifier delivers 1/f phase noise of -146 dBc/Hz typical @1 kHz offset. Dimensions are 1.16”(L) x 2.10”(W) x 0.41”(H).  The amplifier is hermetically sealed and operates over -40°C to +85°C temperature range.
