Dow-Key Microwave introduces an 18 GHz CANbus-controlled SP6T Smart Switch with internal 50Ω termination. DC characteristics include 22 to 26 VDC (24 VDC nominal operating current is 250 mA typical at 20° C) operation. Equipped with a latching actuator, this device switches in 50 ms (maximum). This switch targets the ATE market and provides good insertion loss repeatability (± 0.05 dB up to 9 GHz). CANbus architecture allows for an integration of large switching systems that can utilize over 150 switches in one network.
