This device is an ultra low loss, DC to 6 GHz RF MEMS single pole, double-throw (SPDT) switch. Frequency response is 300 kHz RF to 6 GHz. It possesses a high linearity, IP3 >65 dBm. With insensitivity to magnetic fields, it exhibits a low loss of 0.1 dB at 900 MHz, 0.3 dB at 6 GHz. Teravicta and Dow-Key Microwave have teamed up to market and distribute this RF MEMS switch.
