Z-Communications, Inc. announces its RoHS-compliant VCO model V350ME19-LF in UHF-band. It operates from 300 to 600 MHz with a tuning voltage range of 0 to 10 V DC. This VCO features a typical phase noise of -99 dBc/Hz at 10 KHz offset, and a typical tuning sensitivity of 35 MHz/V. It delivers a typical output power of 5 dBm at 5 V DC supply while drawing 14 mA (typical) over the temperature range of -40°C to 85°C. It comes in a proprietary industry standard mini package measuring 0.50? × 0.50? × 0.22?. The VCO is also suitable for automated surface mount assembly and reflow, as well as test equipment and CATV applications that require wide tuning range and low phase noise. It is available in tape-and-reel packaging for production requirements.
