Z-Communications, Inc. announces its series of lead free, RoHS compliant, single frequency coaxial resonator oscillators (CRO1520B-LF, CRO1740C-LF, CRO1800A-LF, CRO1860A-LF and CRO1920B-LF) in L band (1520 MHz, 1740 MHz, 1800 MHz, 1860 MHz and 1920 MHz), offering low phase noise performance of (avg.) –118 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset. They offer a linear tuning sensitivity of (avg.) 5 MHz/V (typ.), and each one of the VCOs covers the band between 0.5 to 4.5 V. They deliver (avg.) 3 dBm output power (typ.) at 5 VDC supply, while drawing around 25 mA (typ.) over the extended operating temperature range of -40° C to 85° C. These VCOs are suitable for applications that require linear tuning and low phase noise performance.
