UHF-band Oscillator Provides Low Phase Noise
Z-Communications, Inc. announce its lead free, RoHS compliant model CLV0910B-LF oscillator in UHF-band (890 to 930 MHz) that features low phase noise performance of –112 dBc/Hz at 10 kHz offset. The design covers the bandwidth between 0.5 to 4.5 V with a typical tuning sensitivity of 25 MHz/V. It operates at 5 VDC supply while drawing 25 mA (typical) over the operating temperature range of -20° C to +70° C. The oscillator is suitable for applications that require low phase noise performance and linear tuning at UHF bands. It comes in an industry standard MINI package that measures 0.50 inches x 0.50 inches x 0.22 inches.
. This VCO is appropriate for automated surface mount assembly and reflow, and it is available in tape-and-reel packaging for production requirements.
